Overview
The Lacrosse Experience
Our goal at Hudson Youth Lacrosse is to promote and grow the sport. We would like to continue to make that happen with involvement from younger age groups.

Girls and Boys in K, 1st or 2nd grade…….
come see that what the fastest game on 2 feet is all about!!
- Fastest Shot activity
- Shot Accuracy activity
- Longest Accurate throw competition
- Attempt to score on a Varsity goalie
- Meet High School coaches and player autographs
- Watch High School scrimmage and drills
- Sign up for Fall Lacrosse and enter in a raffle for one of 8 sticks to be given away
- Free ice cream truck treats for all kids
Our mission is to:
- Honor the game and emphasize sportsmanship
- Emphasize life lessons through the game of lacrosse
- Teach players the game of lacrosse
- Promote and grow lacrosse in Hudson
- DIG – Carry ourselves with Dignity, Integrity, and Grace
No equipment... No Problem. We have the sticks. Just come experience lacrosse.
Parents are encouraged to participate in activities.
